BOOKING/RENTAL CONDITIONS

All rentals are subject to the following booking/rental conditions.

All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified on the booking form.

The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by ourselves.

The person must pay £100 per week deposit on completion of the booking form.

The balance including £150 security deposit (refundable) must be paid 8 weeks prior to the date of departure.

Period of Rental
The rental period commences 4-pm local time on the day of arrival as indicated on the booking form. The villa must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Refundable Security Deposit
A security deposit of £150 is payable per booking. The deposit will be returned as soon as possible after you return to the UK (usually within 4 weeks), after I have received confirmation that my villa has been left in a satisfactory condition.
A cleaning fee of £125.00 to each booking.
Liability
Although every effort is made to ensure that the villa is in perfect order for your holiday we cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident damage, or loss to you, your property or for any medical expenses however incurred.

The owners and the owner’s agents do not accept liability for injury, howsoever caused as a result of the use of the swimming pool. Adults are specifically requested never to allow children unsupervised in the pool/spa or pool decking areas.

Pool and Spa Heating
The pool and spa are under the care of contractors. They are serviced and chemically balanced weekly. It is possible in between services the pool may lose minimal water or chemicals or show signs of dirt (especially in stormy weather). We invite guests to use the nets or brushes provided in between services to keep the pool in good condition. A hose is also provided for guests to use if the water level drops significantly. Thank You.
Any major concerns are to be reported to the management company.

Pool and spa heaters are made up of electrical and mechanical components, which can malfunction. The management company and owners ‘will not be held responsible for the failure of these components. However, they will endeavour to remedy the problem as soon as possible.

The external temperature can also affect pool and Spa heat especially in the cooler months. If the heater is found to be working correctly but not providing heated water due to temperatures, neither a refund nor compensation will be given.

Cancellation
In the event that you cancel your booking for whatever reason the following cancellation charges will apply:-
More than 8 weeks The deposit
Between 6 and 8 weeks 50% of the total rental costs
Less than 6 weeks 100%

You will receive directions to the villa and details of a security lock box at the villa containing the villa key. You will also be provided with the code for the alarm system
