Fully refurbished Supreme 4 Bed Villa Boasting Spectacular Sunset Golf Course Views on our Extended Private S/W Facing Pool Deck, our spacious four bed home situated in the exclusive golf community of Highlands Reserve has a fully equipped kitchen and is beautifully furnished with a large living area, plus two further family rooms and dining area, we have Four bedrooms, A Master King with on suite plus Two further King bedrooms and a Twin all having new Smart TV’s. Outside the extended pool deck overlooks the 11th hole of the golf course. The community is within walking distance of local shops, bars & restaurants, Golf Course and tennis court.
Villa Details
Situated on the Highlands Reserve Golf Community on the US27in Davenport and just a few miles south of the US192 is this four bedroom villa. The villa has a private south west facing pool deck with a view of tall trees and golf course to the rear of the property. This villa is conveniently within walking distance of a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The Disney theme parks are just a 25 minute drive away. This villa is a perfect choice for those who like the flexibility to eat locally on rest days.
Living Accommodation - As you enter the villa there is a formal dining area with seating for six people. Adjacent to this is a formal lounge area with a sofa, two armchairs and patio doors which lead onto the pool deck. To the right of the formal lounge area is an open-plan kitchen with a table seating four people. Next to this is a family lounge area with flatscreen TV, sofa, loveseat and patio doors to the pool deck. Upstairs is a second small family lounge area with seating and TV.
Bedrooms - All bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. The Master bedroom is to the right of the formal lounge area and has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the kitchen and has a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds. Bedroom 4 is just inside the front door to the right hand side and also has Twin beds.
Outdoor Living - There is a spacious private south west facing pool deck which overlooks tall trees and has lovely views of the golf course. A dining table for 6 people and additional seating for 4 next to the pool is ideal for those wishing to eat alfresco or simply socialize over a glass of something chilled.
The first of the 3 lounges is at the front of the villa and contains upmarket leather sofa seating for 6 guests patio door to the pool deck, moving through to the rear leading to the kitchen 2nd lounge family room with 2 sofas and chair 60" flat screen TV with 110 streaming channels including Discovery, Disney, History, A&E, Bravo, ID, Nat Geo, Comedy Central, Lifetime Movies, MTV, Paramount, TNT, ESPN Sport, Golf channels & many more with patio doors to the pool deck area.
Lounge 3 is our Loft room with 2 large sofas seating for 6 guests 65" Roku streaming TV with a large selection of channels and own A/c unit.
Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen with white appliances, Granite worktops and a breakfast bar for four guests overlooks the rear lounge.
You will find its fully equipped kitchen area is very spacious with everything you need to prepare your family meal to enjoy in the dining area or by the pool, it also has a large breakfast bar with stools Appliances include, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer with ice and filtered cold water dispenser, Keurig coffee machine & food mixer.
Dining
As you enter the villa you will come into our stunning entrance hall leading to our formal lounge with our 8 seater dining area to the left.
The luxury furnished Master bedroom is at the right side of the villa with a Super King-size bed, 50" flat screen TV with Roku streaming channels, large en-suit bathroom to the front, patio doors to the pool deck at the rear & ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 has a King bed with front view window overlooking the front garden with a flat screen 38" TVs with Roku streaming channels and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 has a King bed with rear view window overlooking the rear garden and pool deck,
Bedroom 4 Harry Potter themed room containing twin beds side view window to the garden are near each other off the kitchen at the left side with a bathroom in between.
For the comfort and convenience of guests, all bedrooms have flat screen 38" TVs with Roku streaming channels and ceiling fans.

Stunning villa with a fantastic location!We spent a wonderful week here with our whole family and can warmly recommend this villa to everyone!The house was very cozy and clean, but two things, in particular, became our family's favorites: the pool and the game room. The pool area provided the perfect setting for relaxing and playing together at the end of the day. The game room was also a huge hit and offered great entertainment for the evenings.The villa's location in the Highlands Reserve area is excellent. It was a major advantage that a grocery store and several good restaurants were just a short walk away. It made daily life so easy when we didn't have to start the car for every little thing. The area itself feels very peaceful and safe.Everything from the communication onwards went perfectly, and the house fully met our expectations. We would love to come back again!

3rd stay in this wonderful villa!
3rd stay in this wonderful villa! This was our 3rd stay in this wonderful villa. Needless to say we were excited to get back here again this year. The pool is lovely, and the plot of land the villa sits on is a great size. Hedging on either side provides privacy from the neighbouring villas but its open aspect onto the golf course makes it all feel so spacious. The south facing deck gets the sun all day, and the covered lanai provides plenty of shade. The villa itself is wonderful, great size for our family stay. The kids love the Harry Potter themed room and the master bedroom is fantastic. It’s clear to us the owners take great pride in the villa. Since our previous visit last year Mark and Karen have installed new carpets throughout, bought new outdoor furniture and provided little extras like usb ports for every room. Just small things like this really make this villa a cut above the rest!Communication with Mark has been brilliant each time we have stayed, he was always on hand if we had a query.We love this villa so much we are in fact planning our 4th trip!Thank you for having us Mark and Karen. Highlands Reserve is an exclusive golfing community offering 4 and 5-bedroom villas, set in a woodland area and built around a Mike Dasher designed par 72 course. Away from the golf, guests can enjoy the clubhouse, communal pool and tennis courts, whilst children have their own play area.
Bordering the central section of highway US27 there are Publix supermarkets located at Champions Crossing and Berry Town; with each having a number of local shops alongside. The nearest Walmart supermarkets are north on US27 or south towards Haines City. There are some restaurants and eateries bordering this section of US27, including Applebees, IHOP, McDonalds, Wendy's, Best of British Pub and Beef O'Bradys. However, if you head towards the ChampionsGate area you will find many more including Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant. Travel south to the junction between US27 and Interstate 4 for the Posner Park shopping complex which has major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Marshalls and many more. There is also a further selection of restaurants, eateries and a tavern bordering highway US27.
