Welcome to Hidden Spring Villa, our luxurious 5 bed/3.5 bath home located in a tranquil haven within minutes of Disney World, supermarkets, restaurants and all the other attractions Orlando has to offer. It is situated on a wonderful vacation resort - Glenbrook - which has its own clubhouse with air-conditioned gym, large resort pool, tennis court, volleyball court, children's play area, outdoor pool table, computer with free Internet access and a huge TV in the lounge area. Social events, from card making for children to coffee mornings and evening drinks, take place in the Clubhouse. Glenbrook also boasts a lake in which you can fish! All sports equipment can be rented.

The house itself is very spacious & sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms plus a baby in a travel cot/crib (provided). There are 2 master bedrooms (both have super king beds) with their own en-suite facilities, a further double bedroom (king sized bed), 2 twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a half bathroom easily accessible from the pool area. . There is a formal lounge/dining room together with a fabulous open plan kitchen/family room with breakfast bar and informal dining table. There is also a KidzDen which has its own: foosball table, full sized table tennis table, lovely squishy sofas, huge 55' smart TV, PS2, Xbox, books, puzzles, games compendium and cards. We also have a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are flat screen TVs & DVD players in the family room & all bedrooms, iHome Bluetooth alarm stereo clock radios with dual USB charging in both master suites. Free fiber broadband/wifi and fully air-conditioned throughout

Hidden Spring Villa also has its own private large screened south-facing swimming pool, which is not overlooked, with adjoining in-ground spa (pool and spa heat available at extra cost), with outside lighting so you can enjoy this area after sunset. The pool itself has colour change lighting, which creates an amazing atmosphere at night. There is a patio table and chairs for outside dining, as well as 4 luxurious sun loungers and 2 Adirondack chairs. We have one of the largest pool decks on Glenbrook.

Upon entering the property, you will find yourself in our formal lounge and dining area which has sofa seating for 6 people and a formal dining table also seating 6 people. This area is separate from the main living/kitchen area so is a very relaxing space. Staircase leading to the second floor.

You can then walk through to the breakfast nook area, which opens out in the kitchen and family room. There is a breakfast table seating six, with an additional 3 barstools at the breakfast bar in the kitchen area. The kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a large American fridge-freezer with ice and water dispensers, microwave and full sized electric cooker. There's a good selection of utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, serving dishes, crockery, glasses of all descriptions, plastic 'glassware' and melamine plates for use in the pool area, coffee machine, toaster, etc.

The family room has two sofas, each seating 3 people comfortably, side tables with lamps and a stylish coffee table. There's a 55" smart TV for access to your favourite streaming sites, a surround system and a selection of books for guest reading. Just off of the family room, adjacent to the door to the pool area, is a downstairs cloakroom with granite-topped vanity unit, which also contains a basket of pool towels.

Located downstairs is the master suite - a huge superking sized bed (US king size), bedside tables with drawers, bedside lamps, iHome bluetooth alarm stereo clock radio with dual USB charging, ceiling fan, large dresser with ample drawer space, walk in wardrobe, smart TV, DVD player. This leads into the ensuite bathroom: two sinks within a granite-topped vanity unit, separate shower, Jacuzzi Whirlpool bath, towel storage cupboard and a toilet (within its own cubicle). You can Bluetooth music to this bathroom.

Upstairs you will find another master suite with a huge superking sized bed, bedside tables with drawers, bedside lamps, iHome bluetooth alarm stereo clock radio with dual USB charging, ceiling fan, large chest of drawers, walk in wardrobe, TV & DVD player, landline phone. This leads into the ensuite bathroom: sink within a granite-topped vanity unit, bath with shower and toilet. You can bluetooth music to this bathroom.

A further double bedroom as a king sized bed (US queen size), bedside table with drawers and lamp, TV & DVD player, large chest of drawers, ample wardrobe space.

The 2 twin bedrooms each have 2 single beds, bedside table with drawer space and lamp, large chest of drawers, TVs and DVD players. One has a walk in wardrobe, the other ample wardrobe space.

Adjacent to the door to the pool area is a downstairs cloakroom, with granite-topped vanity unit, which also contains a basket of pool towels.

On the landing there is a book case with a large selection of mostly fictional reading for our guests.

Outside is the south-facing pool and spa area with a patio table seating 6 together with 2 Adirondack chairs and 4 luxury sun loungers. We have one of the largest pool decks on Glenbrook. The colour change lights in pool create a lovely atmosphere after dark. This whole area is within a screened enclosure so there are no bugs or flies. The pool and spa can be heated on request at additional charge (£175 per week). Pool heating is recommended for stay between late October and April, but is entirely optional. We are so close to the Disney theme parks, you can hear the Disney fireworks at night from our pool deck!

In the KidzDen you will find wonderfully squishy sofas, a 55" smart TV, games consuls, selection of board games, etc, as well as a full sized table tennis table and a twist football table. There are also lots of framed pictures of everyone's Disney and Universal favourites on all of the walls! Other photos in this section show the third double room with a king sized bed and the two twin rooms - all three bedrooms have walk in wardrobes, bedside tables and large chests of drawers as well as TVs and DVD players.
