Wow what a great Villa Sunbreeze is. On a lovely quiet estate that is so well looked after.
Villa is large and roomy, plenty of space and storage. Kitchen is modern and with everything you will ever need to cook and eat. Nice seating in living area in front of a giant TV with lots of choice of programs to cover all family needs.
Large bedrooms which were well equipped.
Pool was great, with bonus as not overlooked by other villas as you’re looking onto a wooded area.
Villa felt like home from home. And anyone staying here will have a great time.
Nice clubhouse on site with big pool and would be an ideal area to hang out on your last day as you can use the changing facilities.

We visited this wonderful villa in January/February, 2024. It was absolutely amazing. We had lots of room for both us and my wife's brother and wife who came to visit with us. We both had wonderful spacious bedrooms with king size beds and ensuites. The heated pool and spa were used continually and the sunning decks around the pool were very open and relaxing. The only thing that wasn't part of the rental was a barbecue grill which we spoke to Jan about. She arranged to have a rental company come and set up a unit for us. Thank you Jan. You were wonderful in helping us not only with the barbecue grill but with any other questions we had. The lady who operated the gate house at the entrance to the villas was also amazing, so polite and knowledgeable.
We highly recommend this executive villa in a gated community which has everything and anything you may need.

We had the most amazing time staying at Sunbreeze on Watersong. We arrived at the villa and were wowed by the size of it, very specious and clean.
The villa really is fully loaded with everything you need for your stay. We also could see a little Alligator in the lake behind as well as other wildlife which was really something.. Location wise, the villa is perfect, close enough to get to the shops and theme parks but far enough away so you don't feel like its tourist central. The chinese and pizza down the road where lovely also.
We certainly will be booking this villa again for our 2025 trip as its left a lasting impression on us. The villa owner Jan was amazing with giving us information or any help we needed even with the time difference it felt like she was always available for any questions we had.

Sunbreeze was a wonderful choice for our family visit to Disney and Seaworld.
The house was perfect for us with fully equipped kitchen, many beach towels, bedding and a washer and dryer.
The pool and the game room kept us all entertained along with TVs with many choices.
We felt at home there and would definitely return !! After long days at the parks, it was like going home!!

We stayed for 2 weeks in September 2023.
We arrived a bit later than we thought, with the villa being in a gated area checked in and within a few minutes given a pass for the windscreen. Sunbreeze Villa is 4th property on the right.
The villa was a lot bigger than we thought, plenty of space to chill and not living on top of each other. It’s like home from home with plenty of towels even down to a potty for our 2 year old grandson and a stroller to use as well.
Pool and spa excellent, we had it heated for our grandson and he had a ball and so did all the adults and at night playing pool / air hockey in the garage or watching TV.
Villa is in an ideal area about 20 minute drive to Disney and a supermarket and fuel 1.5miles away,
We had a small issue with the security on the front door user error but quickly sorted out by Debbie and numbers to contact if anything went wrong so no worries there.
We all had a fantastic time and can’t thank Jan enough for letting us into her home and Debbie for looking after us if we had any issues.

We stayed here in Feb 2023 for two weeks.
The Villa is very spacious and has everything you could want or need to have a great time. The pool and pool area is large with lots of space seating, sun loungers and having the hot tub/spa is an added bonus.
We are already planning another trip back in 2024 and are hopeful that this villa will be available as you really could not get better.
Jan and Michael are excellent hosts and go out of their way to make sure everything is as it should be.

Beautiful villa that was a pleasure to come home to each evening.
All the facilities that you could possibly need, and a lovely heated swimming pool and spa. Loads of places to chill out including the games room and a quiet area to read and listen to music, away from the TV area.
Couple of minor issues in our first few days, but quickly and easily sorted out by the local manager, Debbie, without any inconvenience to us.
Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay, and would stay here again in the future.

We are back home a week and miss Sunbreeze already. We were a family of 9 and had our in-laws visit from Jacksonville for a week as well & there was so much room and space in the villa. Even hurricane Ian didn't dampen our spirits!
The home has everything you need from spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, games room, pool & Jacuzzi, plus the great Florida heat.
Jan and Michael were always quick to respond and even got James the manager to come out and sort the TV for us (there was nothing wrong with it we just pressed the wrong button 😂).
We will be back again next year fingers crossed and look forward to our next stay at Sunbreeze.

Having just returned from this amazing villa we can’t wait to return. Anyone that stays here will not be disappointed. Having stayed in several villas before you know exactly what you want and tend to get a little fussier with your requests. This villa has everything to offer for all of your needs.
The gated community is fantastic, the staff on the gates are lovely and friendly, this gives you more of a secure feeling. On entry to the villa it is bright & clean and certainly gives you the wow factor, it’s a very spacious villa with lovely comfortable furnishings, with a kitchen that has every gadget you could think of.
The pool is absolutely beautiful with plenty of furniture with a lovely private view. It has quite a large lanai which is perfect to sit under should you want shade or to watch a storm. Jan who owns this villa has been so accommodating and helped in every way possible, it’s nice to speak direct with the owner as you know exactly what you are getting therefore no surprises on arrival.

Amazing Villa!!
We stayed at the villa for a week in May, we absolutely loved the villa and the outside pool area. There were 5 of us and there was so much space for all. It was peaceful and quiet and we were so happy with the pool heat & spa! Great location to everything, we felt very secure with the gated community.
After a sudden family bereavement before our trip a week away was exactly what my family needed.
Jan and Michael were great hosts and were happy to help in any way and very understanding and supportive of our sudden situation and making everything seamless for us when booking.
I would highly recommend staying here and I hope we get to stay again soon.

It’s a beautiful homely villa that due to my disability we spent more time in than we used to, and enjoyed it. My husband loved the pool which we had heated as it’s cooler at that time of year, I even enjoyed the spa a couple of times.
The villa is very comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again 🥰

An amazing villa, stay here if you get the chance.
Myself and family stayed at Sunbreeze in July 2019 for 10 days. This is a really impressive property, located in the Watersong complex. This place has everything you need for a family holiday; the kitchen and dining area is magnificent, so many bedrooms, there's a lovely pool and veranda at the back with brilliant BBQ facility. We had a great time too using the games room in the garage. The house is really tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Everything you could possibly need is provided.
The Watersong venue itself is really well maintained; there's also a central pool and leisure area with a small gym. It's perfect for families and during our travels we met other guests and locals who commented that the Watersong complex is one of the best of its kind in the entire county.
We chose to stay in this type of accommodation so that we could cater for ourselves if we wanted and relax in between "doing the parks". It's about 40 minutes drive to the Universal / Sea World parks and the roads and traffic are very manageable. It's a short drive to the nearest supermarket & we found lots of good places for eating out at the Champions gate retail venue (recommend this for evening visit).
I have already recommended this place to several family friends planning holidays next summer. If you get a chance to stay in this place you will really enjoy it.

Very clean upon arrival. Location within a gated community with easy access to the I4.
The property was spacious with plenty of bathrooms to go around. The swimming pool was lovely. It is obviously a well cared for property! A new managent company had recently taken over and we had a couple of very small issues arose. Their response was brilliant.
Our only problem was that we didn't have enough time to appreciate the villa due to days out. Would I book the villa again? YES
Would I recommend? Absolutely YES.

The layout facilities and location were perfect for us with a great view of the lake creating a feeling of relaxation after hectic days at the parks.

Watersong Resort, Loughman
Watersong Resort is a newer gated community set within Florida woodland and offering executive 4, 5 and 6-bedroom Mediterranean style vacation villas. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse with internet café and fitness room, whilst outside there is a communal pool, basketball court, children's play area and picnic site.
The nearest Publix supermarket is on Lake Wilson Rd near Reunion, with another at the Champions Gate Village and a third towards Loughman. The nearest Walmart Supercenter is at the junction of Old Lake Wilson Rd and US192. Within the ChampionsGate area there are a number of restaurants and eateries including Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant. There are also smaller eateries, diners and fast-food restaurants including McDonalds, Panera Bread and a Greek grill. Travel a little further towards highway US27 and you will find a Beef O'Bradys, Cracker Barrel and a pizzeria. Alternatively, head south towards the intersection between Interstate 4 and highway US27 for the Posner Park shopping complex. Here you will find major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross and Marshalls in addition to a selection of restaurants, eateries and a tavern.

Rates & What's Included
• Stays of 7 nights or less: Our advertised rate includes 12% occupancy tax. End-of-stay housekeeping will be added.

Make your inquiry and book our villa!
• Complete and submit an inquiry form for Villa #290.
• We will personally respond to your request with answers to your questions, provide a total price and booking details.
Booking Deposit
• A non-refundable booking deposit of £400 / $500 will secure your dates.
• Payable by bank transfer (no fee) or credit card (processing fee applies).
• The deposit is applied toward your total balance, which is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the damage cover option you choose.
Damage Cover / Optional Extras
• All bookings require accidental damage cover - either a non-refundable waiver or a refundable deposit (your choice).
• Optional extras like pool/spa heat or welcome food hamper, early-check-in / late check-out are available - just ask, and we will include full details with your quote.
Payment Reminder
• Our website will send a helpful reminder about your balance 7 days before it is due.
• In order to avoid unnecessary fees, balance payments are accepted by bank transfer only. Should you prefer to pay the balance by credit card
we will research and advise you of the processing fee to be added to the stay total.
Arrival Info & Villa Access
• You’ll receive your Villa Info Pack (directions, contact details, access/alarm codes) 14 days before your stay.
• Need it earlier? Not a problem, just let us know!
Sunbreeze Villa offers easy and secure access with a convenient coded entry system. For your peace of mind, the villa is also protected by a monitored alarm and is located within a guard gated community with friendly security staff on-site.
To ensure a comfortable and fresh environment for all our guests, Sunbreeze Villa is a smoke-free and vape-free home. If you wish to smoke or vape, we kindly ask that you do so outside of the pool area, away from doors and windows.
