Beautiful 3 bed villa in Sunridge Woods, Davenport.
Hello, we’re Ann and Alan, and we’d love to welcome you to our lovely three bedroom detached villa in Sunridge Woods, Davenport. With a private solar heated pool and a peaceful conservation area setting, it’s the perfect place to relax after busy days at Florida’s attractions.
The villa is fully air conditioned, comfortably furnished, and sleeps up to six guests. It includes cable TV, DVD, a midi hi fi system, and free Wi-Fi. There are three spacious bedrooms—one with an en-suite—plus a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen. All towels, linens, and kitchen essentials are provided. You’ll receive your own secure door code before arrival for easy access.
We’re less than 20 minutes from Disney’s main parks, and close to Universal, Sea World, and Highway 192’s shops and restaurants. Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, and Atlantic Coast beaches are about an hour away. Champions Gate Golf Course is just five minutes down the road. Orlando Airport is around 40 minutes away, and Publix is only two miles from the villa.

Certainly was a dream villa
Wow!. We had a fantastic week at this villa. From initial enquiry to return of deposit at the end. Our host Alan was in touch promptly and provided all the info we needed for our stay, answering any queries quickly. Very well maintained. Beautiful pool area. The whole villa has a great feel about it. Everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Taxi ride to Millers Ale House, Outback, just the ones we visited but more within easy reach. Disney close and universal a bit further but about 25 mins away. Would definitely book again and certainly recommend this to anyone. Thanks Alan and Ann for letting us into your lovely home.

We were at Alan and Ann's villa throughout February and we enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is very comfortable and relaxing, situated on Sunridge Woods which is a quiet location. Conveniently located for a good choice of supermarkets and dining. The heated pool is a great feature during the cooler months. Plenty of entertainment including the theme parks is a relatively short drive away. The beaches and Tampa are also easily accessible by car journey. Alan and Ann provide you with all the information you need and are on hand to assist with any questions. The management company who look after the villa locally is run by Jane who is also very helpful with any need you may have.

Stayed here for 16 nights, in January 2026. The Villa is in a very quiet area, and is close to all the attractions. The pool area has plenty of areas to sit, and lie in the sun. Everything that you need for your stay is provided, and the communication from Alan re directions etc was first class. There are restaurants, and supermarkets nearby so you can choose to eat in or eat out. If we return to Orlando we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Once again we have enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. Communication with the host was always prompt and helpful. The villa is spotlessly clean and well kept. Set in such a tranquil spot, we were spoilt by the peace and quiet particularly around the pool area. We choose the villa originally for location as we were on a Disney/Universal holiday and wanted to be just off main track. It did not disappoint they have given the holiday home the perfect touches. There's TVs in each room (we managed to keep the kids away from them) by using the pool and fuzzball table in the garage. The pool was very clean and warm and very relaxing after being on feet at parks all day. The kitchen comes stocked with every utensil/pot (just add your food). The beds are so comfy we all had perfect night's sleep and the AC fans are noiseless. I would highly recommend their beautiful home to all my friends and family. We will be back.
Sunridge Woods, Loughman
Sunridge Woods is an established part-residential community offering 3 to 6-bedroom vacation villas, which are built around ponds in conservation woodland. Situated on over-sized plots for added privacy, villas in this community provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.
The nearest Publix supermarket is on Lake Wilson Rd near Reunion, with another at the Champions Gate Village and a third towards Loughman. The nearest Walmart Supercenter is at the junction of Old Lake Wilson Rd and US192. Within the ChampionsGate area there are a number of restaurants and eateries including Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant. There are also smaller eateries, diners and fast-food restaurants including McDonalds, Panera Bread and a Greek grill. Travel a little further towards highway US27 and you will find a Beef O'Bradys, Cracker Barrel and a pizzeria. Alternatively, head south towards the intersection between Interstate 4 and highway US27 for the Posner Park shopping complex. Here you will find major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross and Marshalls in addition to a selection of restaurants, eateries and a tavern.
