The Enchanted Retreat! Private Splash Pad - Large Pool - Themed Bedrooms - Theater Room - Gated Community!
The Enchanted Retreat has been professionally decorated throughout. There are seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, a large family room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The family room offers a large flat screen TV and blu-ray player. For those who need to connect, there is free wireless wi-fi. For the little ones, the home has a crib, stroller, high chair, and pack-n-play. Baby gates are installed at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Our 45 foot pool is one of the biggest in Formosa! The swimming area starts at 3 feet deepening to 6 ft. The attached spa can be heated to a glorious 102 degrees. What a great way to relax after a long day at the parks! Our fully covered lanai offers both sun and shade. You will find plenty of tables and chairs, along with loungers for those who want to worship the sun. The little ones will enjoy the recently installed SPLASH PAD!!!!!
Three of the king master suites are located on the first floor. In addition, there is a Minions themed bedroom with a bunk bed – queen bed on the bottom, twin on top. On the second floor you will find the fourth king master suite. The sixth bedroom has two full beds. The seventh bedroom is Harry Potter themed with a twin over queen bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom which is situated between them in the hall.
The NEWLY INSTALLED THEATER ROOM is a great place to relax and watch your favorite movies and sports - especially on those rainy days.

Perfect!
Our family was celebrating our son's wedding in Disney. The location was perfect, the house was perfect and the wedding was perfect. The kids loved the pool and the game room. Wendy was a pleasure to talk to and made our stay very comfortable. We hope to return some day.

A comfortable, well resourced and well located property.
This large property comfortably housed two families with 5 children. The pool is large and the splash pad great fun with beautiful lights at night. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with clean linen and plentiful towels. There was lots of space to sit and lounge or eat around the pool as well as in the house. The kitchen was well equipped and laundry facilities excellent. The booking process and communication with the owner was superb, instilling confidence. The house is located literally minutes from shops, restaurants and of course Disney world. It is on a well cared for gated community. I would highly recommend this property.

GREAT STAY.
The house was better then we hoped. We had a party of eight with ages ranging from 7-66 and everyone was impressed. The location was awesome a quick 5-10 drive to Disney parks and very close to many restaurants and supermarkets. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Orlando.

Great Property!
We had a great stay for an extended family of 10. Home is roomy enough to spread out and have everyone comfortable. Wendy (the owner) is very accommodating and gives you much information prior to arrival. We had some travel glitches due to hurricane, but Wendy helped us and we enjoyed our vacation.

Formosa Gardens Estates is one of the closest communities to Walt Disney World whilst offering a variety of luxury 3 to 7-bedroom villas, which are well spaced for privacy and may even have lake views.
On the nearby highway US192 alongside the junction with toll road SR429 there is the Rolling Oaks shopping complex, where you will find a Publix supermarket and Super Target. Travel east towards Kissimmee for the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex and a Walmart supercenter at the junction with Old Lake Wilson Rd. Within these complexes and on the stretch of US192 between there are a variety of restaurants, which include Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Ford's Garage, Bonefish Grill, Cheddar's, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays and Giordano's Italian restaurant. You will also find a selection of pizzerias, a Chinese take-away, sushi bar and many fast-food restaurants including Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.
