After just returning from a wonderful 16 nights here, I wanted to make sure others knew just how perfect this home is. The pool is private and overlooks a lake that accommodates the local ??, very close to all the main supermarkets, local takeaways and restaurants. Keke’s is a must for breakfast ! The house has everything needed for a family that wants that home from home feeling. Bev was very easy to contact and nothing was ever too much trouble. We will definitely be booking again.

Just returned from a stay at this wonderful villa and will struggle to praise it highly enough in one review! From start to finish communication with Bev was always excellent and she could not have been more helpful or friendly. The pool is always one of the most important things to us and this one is the best we have had in our many visits to Florida villas. It was beautifully clean, well maintained and it has the sun all day, with a beautiful lake view. The pool is also very private and not overlooked at all. At night time, the fairy lights made it magical. The area itself was lovely and quiet, you really felt like you could fully relax despite being close enough to major roads and amenities. Every morning it was perfect to sit on a comfortable lounger reading and looking out over the lake. Inside, the villa had everything you could ever need and was spotless. The huge comfortable sofas were perfect for chilling on at the end of the day and the kitchen was well appointed with our daughter loving the ice machine in the fridge. We appreciated the fact that every room had a ceiling fan to help keep us cool. The beds were huge and very comfortable and the rooms all spacious. Overall, we would recommend this villa and we have already rebooked with Bev for next year!

Well we were blessed to have a cheeky week in this amazing, beautiful villa. We have stayed before for a longer period and so we were sad not to be able to enjoy it for longer. Communication excellent from Bev and her management company. Close to restaurants and noticeable developments happening which will enhance your holiday. Fantastic accommodation and amenities. Amazing pool and lanai with great views not overlooked and sunshine all day. Our Daughter and family will be staying here in a couple of weeks as a result of family face times from a previous visit. It’s wonderful to experience.

We stayed at this villa for a week it is perfect location to Disney and not too far a drive from universal. There are shops about a five minute drive away very convenient. The villa itself is lovely, it had everything we needed, the pool was great and the owner very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I and my disabled daughter have just returned from a 4 week break at this amazing home. Instructions prior to arriving were excellent even as a geriatric female I found it with no concerns The home was immaculate, had everything we required and more. The home has been beautifully maintained and is roach free! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners whilst we were there who are delightful. I have stayed in many villas over the last 20 odd years and this is the only one I would love to return too. It is peaceful, no close neighbors, no loud parties, the only sound you hear are the birds as they roosted in the evening. We met the gator in the nearby lake and called him George he popped his head up a few times to say hello but was not any problem. The Herons were beautiful and  seemed to enjoy catching the fish in the lake. A local tortoise wandered past and the odd cat strolled by. We both were sad to come home and hope to return soon x ​

We have just returned home from the most wonderful 2 weeks at this beautiful villa and hopefully we will be able to return in the not too distant future. After a long, delayed flight and traffic build up from the airport, we arrived to find the most comfortable home, which had everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean. We loved getting back from our adventures and chilling in the very comfortable couches. We would sit every morning and have our breakfast by the pool taking in the beautiful view of the lake. We never got tired of it. We also took several days from the parks just re-charging our batteries. Couldn't get a better place to do this, we even spent out last day there. Contact with Bev was brilliant, she is so caring and just wants everything to be ok. She needn't have worried, everything was spot on. We did see a Heron twice, they are quite large and can have a loud call!! Thankfully we didnt see the gator!!

What can I say about this villa that hasn't already been said. Great communication from Bev. Wow wow wow - when we walked into the villa. Its IMMACULATE! Everything you need and more is there. Great view, great position - just great all round. Everything was just perfect Just book it - you wont, I guarantee be disappointed!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Herons Rest last week, our first time in Orlando. The villa was perfect, unbelievably spacious and impeccably turned out with everything we needed and more. Our two teenagers very much appreciated their spacious bedrooms, pool table and air-conditioning after long days out exploring. The villa is situated in a beautiful spot, nested on the corner of a very beautiful and tranquil site overlooking a lake. We had the pleasure of meeting the resident little alligator several times, who'd pop his head up from time time. We spent lots of time in the beautiful outside space watching the wildlife whilst the kids enjoyed the pool. Whilst nested away from the busy spots, we could very easily reach where we needed to quickly in the car. Bev was a fab source of information before and during our trip, and this was appreciated. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit and would highly recommend to anyone.

We returned to Heron's Rest for a second holiday in late March. The villa provides a wonderful base for a Florida holiday and the property is maintained to a very high standard in every way. Bev the owner and her Management company provide excellent service and we will return as soon as we can. Heron's Rest is a wonderful home from home and has become a big part of our American dream holidays and  never disappoints.

We have just returned from our stay at Herons Rest. It was a lovely home in a peaceful residential area. It overlooks a beautiful lake so we enjoyed watching all the wildlife. The home was clean and had everything we needed. When we had a slight issue Larry the owner came straight round to sort it out. Bev is so lovely and helps in any way she can making everything easier for you. It really had the personal touch and you feel looked after when you are staying there. It was our second time and we are looking forward to planning our next stay.!!

We have been visiting Herons Rest for over 10 years. I cannot express how absolutely incredible this place is. The villa itself is perfect and is equipped with everything you could need. The games room is great fun and I very much enjoy winning a game of pool against my other half! The pool deck is incredible with the most awesome view of the lake. It’s private, south facing with sun all day and we adore relaxing and admiring the wildlife. Huge thanks to Bev for another awesome stay in February. We’re back again in May and cannot wait!

We had a fabulous holiday at this beautiful executive villa. The house is spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The layout is perfect for families, with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, and excellent en-suites. It was easy to find and get access with the information provided, the property has a beautiful decoration and is well maintained and cleaned! The south-facing private pool and large deck overlooking the lake were definitely highlights — perfect for relaxing after busy days at the Disney parks. The experience of fishing in the lake was amazing, kids had so much fun! We truly felt at home and were extremely satisfied with our stay. The location is ideal, very close to Disney Parks and other attractions. Everything we needed was provided and Beverley was amazing by providing all support for us! I’m so grateful for everything! We were very satisfied customers and would 100% recommend this property. A true 5-star experience!

Another amazing stay at Herons Rest. From start to finish its been perfect. The villa is brilliant with everything you need for a home from home. Its immaculately clean inside and out. The view onto the lake is so peaceful and watching the herons do their daily walkabout is all part of the fun. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck is so relaxing. Communication and support from Bev throughout the process is second to none, and she makes everything so easy, such a wonderful host. We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The owner was incredibly communicative, sharing helpful info before and during our trip. The villa was easy to find, in a peaceful neighborhood, and beautifully clean and well-equipped—everything we needed was there. Highly recommend!

We booked this last minute and with all the apprehension that brings, it was soon forgotten when we arrived at the Villa. Lovely quiet location and the Villa is really nicely decorated with everything you need. Really a home from home. The layout is great with the 3 large bedrooms and lovely living area. The pool was great and even on a few cooler days it was a ok temperature. Good location about 20-25mins to Disney, and less then 10mins to local restaurants and shops.

We’d like to say a massive thanks to Bev and family The villa was lovely clean / spacious. The pool and seating area is just so peaceful We’d sit outside every morning and just watch the world go by while having the morning coffee before the rush of the parks . It’s a view you couldn’t buy, watching the early morning crocodile popping up for his morning swim around 7:00-7:30 An after a busy day around the parks just coming back to sitting outside pool side and enjoying the peaceful evening Lovely wildlife around the area also Bev you’ve got one lovely villa so thanks very much Bev kept in touch from start to finish with anything we had to ask and was super fast on her reply . We had an excellent stay at Heron’s Rest. The whole booking process and communication beforehand was simply fantastic. The villa itself was amazing with incredible facilities. Wow!! 2nd time visiting Herons Rest ! The villa is bright , spacious and airy ! The villa was super clean when we arrived . The pool and outside area are fab ! The villa is not overlooked and the stunning lake view makes it picture perfect. Location is perfect for us ! It is the 2nd time we have stayed at Herons Rest and it won’t be the last. Bev is an amazing host , she has made booking with her so easy , she is very quick at responding to any queries ! If we could give 10 stars we would !

We have just returned from a two week stay in this beautiful villa. It has absolutely everything a family would need. Bev , villa owner communicated well with us and was available to respond to any queries we may have had. Fixtures, fittings and decor excellent plus the beds were so very comfortable and aided a really good nights sleep. It sits in a quiet area with a great view of the lake and not overlooked. It’s so very close to some lovely restaurants and with more being built on the doorstep so it’s hard to beat. We booked pool heating and it was amazing at the end of a busy day. We loved the lanai and the fairy lights and outdoor lighting truly enhanced our evenings. We have booked again for next year which just goes to show how much we have enjoyed our stay. Superb host and superb accommodation.10/10

Villa very clean and just as advertised amazing tv's with lots of channels and user friendly. We have been renting holiday accommodation in Davenport for over 30 years and the swimming pool was the best we have ever had. Above average size and always exceptionally clean. The villa is on a great plot overlooking the lake with lots of wildlife to observe. Bev a lovely host, information was good and easy to find . We wouldn’t hesitate to return but not much chance as Bev is always booked, which speaks for itself. Thank you Bev for all the correspondence and it was a real pleasure to deal with you.

We recently had a 2 week stay at Heron's Rest and to be honest we couldn't fault it. We were a family of 3 adults and a 7 year old and the property could have taken 6 adults. From initial booking with Bev everything was very smooth, great instructions to find the villa which only took 35 minutes from MCO. Situated only 20 minutes from Disney Parks and 35 minutes from Universal it was ideal and in a lovely quiet setting. We didn't go with the pool heating and to be honest after the initial dunking the water was fine. We had one very small problem with a slow draining sink but contacted the local rep and it was fixed the same day with no fuss. The bedrooms and lounge were all a good size and the kitchen was fully equipped with full laundry in the garage.

Perfect from start to finish. Bev was quick to respond to all enquiries, and I had a lot. She is so helpful and checked in regularly on the run up to our holiday and continued to do so during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Management company reached out prior to our visit with all information needed for our stay. Villa directions were spot on with easy access to the property. Villa was spotless on arrival and had everything you could possibly need and more. Pool and view was stunning. Best property we've stayed at and already booked for next year. We loved it!!!

In a quiet spot with a lake view. It is fully equipped with everything you could need. Clean and well maintained throughout. It is now our go to home in Florida. This is the second time we have stayed in this amazing villa and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else it is perfect in every way so peaceful with the gorgeous view of the lake ,the owner Bev is just lovely nothing is to much trouble and she really cares that you have the best holiday .X

Firstly,a big thank you to Bev for our stay at Heron,s nest. The house was situated in a lovely area with excellent for easy reach to the parks,shops restaurants etc. and was well equipment. A lovely sized pool to the rear of the property which was well used. The driving instructions given from the airport to the house were easy to follow which was a god send after along flight. This was our 6th visit to Florida and shaz and me both agree it was possibly the best we have stayed at.. Once again thank you and hope to stay again.

From booking to arrival , Bev our host has been. absolutely fantastic ! We received all the details and directions 2 weeks before we came . Upon arrival the villa was so clean and fresh. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you could ever wish for . It has a gorgeous large pool with a view to die for - which attracted us in the first place . The pool furniture is very comfortable and plenty of it . We have stayed in villas a few times and this one is definitely the best ! We absolutely will be coming back ! We have visited this villa a few times now and this is the first since Covid. It has been refurbished and It's made it even better, especially love the master bedroom shower. The villa is in a beautiful peaceful location but still not too far from all the parks, shops or golf. Its a home away from home with everything you could need for a great holiday. Communication with Bev before, during and after was excellent. The information folder with places to go etc was really useful and handy. Thanks again Bev and can't wait to return next year ??

Just back from 14 nights holiday in Orlando. Herons Rest Villa was amazing we had everything we needed for 2 weeks, the villa was spotless clean and very spacious. The villa owner Beverley was so helpful from the minute I contacted her for booking. The villa was only about an hours drive from Orlando airport & 20 mins from the Disney parks and very central for shops restaurants etc. Davenport area is a great area to stay I have stayed in a international drive & Tampa and would definitely recommend staying in Davenport in Herons Rest villa we cannot wait to book again with Beverley hopefully in a couple of years. Beverley also gave us loads of information where to eat, shop & get park tickets which was really helpful. I will definitely be recommending Herons Rest to my friends & family. Thank you Beverley x

We absolutely loved our stay at Heron's Rest. We arrived late at night and the guidance given to us prior to leaving made for a very seamless journey. The property was clean, tidy and my children adored all the animal decor! It was perfect to be able to jump into the comfy beds before exploring the area the following day. Being next to the lake is beautiful and we even got to see the herons quite a few times. Disney is only a 20/25 minute drive away, even on a busy morning, and having Champions Gate so close was perfect for Publix and restaurants. Bev was a wonderful host, so easy to get in touch with and helped us amend our stay when we had to change flights. We will definitely be booking again next time we return to Florida.

Herons Rest is a beautiful villa set in a wonderfully quiet location. We stayed for 2 weeks during February 2024. The villa itself is immaculate throughout with everything you need for the perfect stay. We were very grateful that they had hair straighteners as well as hairdryers as we made the mistake of bringing the wrong travel plugs! There are plenty of USB ports around the villa so that helped us immensely too. The beds are so comfortable. I wanted to take the one from the main bedroom home with us! We loved the pool especially after a long day at the parks. The pool deck has plenty of sun loungers and it has a lovely view over the lake. The owner, Bev, was extremely helpful right from our first enquiry through to the end of our holiday. She was always happy to answer any questions we had. She provided plenty of useful information as our holiday neared and the directions to the villa where clear and concise. There is a Sat Nav in the villa which we found useful during our stay.

We stayed at Herons rest mid November for two weeks 2023 (our 2nd visit). The decor is so stylish and the sofas are amazing, my Husband is over 6 ' and the sofa nearly swallowed him up. Outside by the pool is so tranquil and relaxing, we have never been to Florida in November so the pool heating was much appreciated. Linda and Mike at JC Vacations were so lovely we felt like we had known them for years, and Bev Dore the owner is wonderful. (Oh! and the garage is spotless) lots to do and see and happy memories.

We had the pleasure in staying in this lovely villa Herons rest in December 2023 , it is just perfect in every way it is in a very quiet neighbourhood very close to all the major shops and restaurants and of course Disney, the villa was spotlessly clean it is very well equipped with large comfortable beds the pool was lovely and was nice and warm with the pool heat on the pool deck has lots of sun beds with sun all day and stunning lake views , we as a family have stayed in lots of villas in Florida over the years and this is definitely one of our favourites so much so we have already booked to go back next year , the owner Bev is lovely and very friendly and the whole process of booking was extremely easy and we would highly recommend .

So pleased with this villa. Clean and everything we needed. Fantastic pool deck. Could even watch the crazy thunder storms lying on me lounger under the covered area. It’s always a gamble bookmarked villa in Orlando. But this was definitely a good choice. Thanks to Bev who walked us through the whole process.

We had the pleasure of staying at Herons Rest on our recent trip to Florida. The villa was lovely, 3 really good size double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , good size lounge and kitchen area with a fab private pool and outside space. Herons rest is close to Champions Gate offering a variety of restaurants and large supermarket. The villa is situated in a lovely peaceful area next to a lake. We had the best time and certainly hope to return one day soon. Bev the owner was a pleasure to deal with and made the booking process seamless as were the management company in Florida Highly recommend!

Have just come back from 3 week holiday at Heron's Rest. We had the best time. From the first contact Bev was fantastic to deal with, she gave is so much info and tips, it was a pleasure to deal with such a helpful owner. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she always answered any questions we had. The villa was superb, with every amenity you could wish for. I loved the fact it had 3 double bedrooms, not many villas have this option. It was bright, spacious and airy. Felt very homely. The pool deck was one of the best we've had in 20 years coming to Florida. It was so peaceful. I've never felt as relaxed. Sitting out there reading my books was blissful. We truly had a wonderful holiday at Heron's Rest.

We have just returned from 3 week holiday staying in this amazing villa with fantastic relaxing views and a constant stream of exotic birds and wildlife passing. Bev is extremely lovely and helpful and always available if you need her support. The villa was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed and some for our holiday. The location is amazing extremely quiet with a fantastic outlook lovely place to relax. It is also close to everything you need during your stay from there parks to supermarkets, places to eat etc. The pool is lovely and my wife swam every single day. We would highly recommend not just for the villa and location but also because of the support you receive from Bev the owner and Linda at the Management Company. Book now you won’t be disappointed we are definitely looking to return when we are able. In our thirty plus visits to Florida using villas at various locations this is the only one I would happily purchase for our own private use, let’s hope my funds will allow this at a later time. We stayed here in May and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. This villa is absolutely spotless and like a home from home. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was easy to use. Perfect layout for our family and a lovely location within easy reach of all the parks and all the shops. We found everything was super comfy and the kids loved the games room. The pool area was beautiful and looked out across the lake without being overlooked at all. Bev was always at hand to ask any questions from start to finish and sent out lots of information on the surrounding areas. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

WOW! Where to begin! Firstly, Bev the owner was brilliant and was available to answer any questions we had before we arrived and gave recommendations on flights, car hire, restaurants etc. Now the VILLA! What an immaculately, clean and well presented villa. It had everything you need to add luxury to your holiday. Fully furnished kitchen/ diner with all cooking utensils. Spacious living room with very comfy settees & TV with lots of channels to watch. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfy beds and ensuite facilities & air conditioning throughout was lovely. The outside pool is a god send after a long day around the parks & in the morning with a cuppa, watching the wildlife go about their day was wonderful to watch. The villa is in the perfect location for all the parks, within about 30 - 40 mins depending on the traffic. Restaurants within 5 mins too. We had the most amazing time & the villa made it even better for us. It felt like home as soon as we stepped through the door. Would definitely return to Heron's Rest.

We have just returned from our second trip to Herons rest, our first trip was March 2019. Second trip Easter 2023. We don't want to leave a review as we don't want anyone else to know about this amazing villa. Bev is a great host, always available to answer questions and give advice on all things Florida. She is very friendly and couldnt be more happy to help. The villa itself is lovely and clean, a home from home (but with an amazing swimming pool and view of a beautiful lake). It has recently been refurbished. It is well equipped and very comfy. We travelled with 2 children age 7 and 3 who absolutely loved it. It is well situated and close to all the Disney parks. We are already in contact with Bev planning our next trip back. Thank you Bev for sharing your beautiful home with us. We cant wait to return X x x

We stayed in Herons Rest for one week in April. The villa was amazing, very well stocked with kitchen utensils and tastefully furnished throughout. Total privacy in the pool area and very pleasant sitting outdoors in the evening with the setting sun. Close proximity to the necessary shops and restaurants. Excellent communication with Bev before and after our stay. We had no issues during our stay. Would love to go back there on our next trip to the area

''Lovely Villa overlooking picturesque Lake'' Having been a regular traveller to Orlando and having stayed at a number of different villas in various locations, we can honestly say this villa comes top of our list. Clean, immaculately decorated and well fitted out, the 3 large bedrooms and good sized lounge meant we did not lack for anything. The outside area was all we could wish for with plenty of space, a covered area for when the sun was too strong and a clean pool. View of the lake was restful and meant we spent more time at the villa than anticipated! The only issue that we found was how busy the roads were getting to and from the Disney area and surrounding restaurants etc. As long as patience is used, then travel was easy. Hopefully the end of the roadworks will improve matters. Finally no review would be complete without mentioning the brilliant service we had from the Owner (Bev) - we have dealt with her for a few years now and have absolutely no complaints with the speed of response and helpfulness - when we did have a problem she went the extra mile to resolve to our satisfaction. A highly recommended villa - we return next year !

'Great vacation' - My husband and I vacationed in this house for 7 weeks and would like to thank you for allowing us to share your home. It is a well maintained property in a quiet neighbourhood where we enjoyed early morning walks. Close to attractions, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and it was very relaxing sitting in the lanai and pool area overlooking the pond and seeing stunning sunsets. The covered area is wonderful when you need a break from the sun. Bev and the management staff were very easy to deal with. There were a couple of minor issues that were immediately taken care of. We highly recommend this property.

"Wonderful experience" We where lucky to be able to book this villa for our christmas vacation and just returned home. We are renting vacation homes in the area for almost 30 years now and this is one of the best homes we ever had. Everything was perfect and in fabulous condition and spotless ! The villa is decorated with taste and be assured you will have a good night sleep as the beds are great. One can tell that the owner is taking very well care of it's property and they love their home and take great pride in going the extra mile. Besides a perfect home, I would love to mention that Bev the owner is simply amazing! She was helpful, very reactive and so kind! It was such a pleasure working with her and we felt welcome from the first moment we talked! And this is so reassuring. And last but not least, location! It's such a lovely piece of land and that little lake behind the home is simply beautiful. You are close to almost everything. We where quiet surprised about the difference in driving distances. 'Perfect place to holiday' Can't say how impressed we were with everything about this villa. Great, quiet location with scenic lake view and easy access. 'A month of bliss' Having been to Florida and rented villas on many occasions over 30years this was by far the best. Location excellent, privacy and quietness amazing. The villa is well equipped and beautifully clean. Having the pool heated gave us an opportunity to swim until we left on the 5th December to come back to a freezing UK. Dealing with Bev the owner made everything run smoothly and was always available to answer any questions. We will be revisiting Florida again and this will be our go to place. Strongly recommend you check this out my husband spent a long time researching and this one has not let us down.

We have just returned from our 14 night stay at this beautiful and impecably clean villa. There was ample room for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) with a bedroom spare. The villa is surprisingly spacious and the facilities were more than we could have asked for. There is everything you could need and more including beach towels, all kitchen accessories, coffee maker, pool table, ice packs, the list goes on. The swimming pool was a generous size, we had it heated and it was lovely on an evening to relax in after a busy day in the parks. The outdoor area was immaculate and also great for viewing the local wildlife including the herons! The lake out the back is beautiful and the villa is really quite private from the back. Bev provided very detailed directions on how to get to the villa from the airport which was a great help. The villa is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants (about 5 mins drive), 20 mins to Disney and about 30 mins to Universal. Bev has been in close contact with us from when booked the villa to when we arrived back from our holiday. She has been very informative and has provided a quick response to any queries we have had. What can I say “ Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious’ as very keen and regular visitors to Disney we absolutely loved this villa. Perfect right from the start of booking, speedy response to our initial enquiry, comprehensive information details at booking and for arrival, definitely all the information you need. On arrival from the clear and exact directions, the villa exceeded our expectations. As soon as we drove onto the lovely long driveway and opened the door, we felt special, relaxed and cared for. It’s a beautiful quiet location, with wonderful views over a wildlife lake that is not overlooked by other villas. The villa was exceptional, immaculate, and spotless with all the amenities that you need, with appliances, utensils, store cupboard essentials, towels, linen, washing facilities, games room, etc, etc, we couldn’t have asked for more. It is a lovely decorated and spacious villa, great for the 3 of us, with high ceilings which we love and super accessories, in particular the furnishings, our favourite being the large giraffe! This hits a note with us as we love Animal Kingdom. More than enough choice for the televisions and great internet too. Attention to detail is brilliant ! You are close to a great set of road links, I-4, 192, and I mean minutes away, so great for all Theme Parks and the Disney area which is less than 20 minutes away. Shopping is fab too, with Publix, Aldi, Walmart all a short distance away and Champions Gate only a few minutes away for restaurants, we love Miller’s Ale House and highly recommend a visit! We also just loved chilling around the pool, we had excellent weather and the sun is on the pool all day which is great, but there is shade if you want it. We so enjoyed this very special holiday for many reasons, but in particular the welcome we felt and received from Bev the home owner. Brilliant Thank You. This spacious three bedroom villa was just perfect for the two of us and everything from the initial contact with Bev to our 15 night stay at Herons Rest was amazing. For us, little things make such a difference...like good quality pots and pans, sharp knives for cooking (weird but true!), starter dishwasher tablets etc. The pool deck is ideal for those who love the Florida sunshine as well as good shade for most of the day for those preferring not to soak up the rays. Very clean villa in excellent order and highly recommended.

We have just had a lovely holiday in this villa. We have stayed on Sunridge Woods numerous times as it is in an ideal location for all local amenities. This villa met our expectations and was clean and comfortable. Loved that the pool was so private and not overlooked at all with amazing views over the lake and regular visits from the sand cranes. Bev provided all information that was needed and was very responsive to any queries we had.

We were recomended to go with Bev from a friend of ours and i can not fault her in anyway. Bev was a great help in organising our villa 18 months ago for our big family adventure in August 2019. The villa was so well equipped, very welcoming situated in the perfect place for our trips to Disney. Bev kept in contact with us and was able to recomend a car hire company, best place to get park tickets, places to eat, shop and visit. The welcome brochure on arrival had everything you needed. Main thing was directions to the park and nearest place to food shop. We will certaily be back again and will be recommending Bev to all our friends and family.

Another fabulous holiday in this amazing villa, it really does have everything you need for a perfect holiday. Location, facilities, cleanliness and comfort are great as is the other villa we have rented from Bev, they are a credit to you and your management team. This was our third stay at the villa and we love it. In fact have already booked it again for next year! The villa is in a lovely location and is in a friendly quiet neighborhood. The villa itself is lovely, clean and comfortable, with everything you need to have a home from home. The pool area is excellent with a lovely area to chill in the shade. The pool is perfect and looks onto the lake which is so relaxing. The herons regularly wander past the villa which is lovely. The games room was a bonus which our boys loved. Bev is lovely and very friendly and easy to book with. The maintenance team are also excellent. Bev leaves a booklet with some pointers, even though we have been to Florida numerous times before it was great to have some local information and recommendations. We can confirm that Miller's at champions Gate was excellent, and you need to try the delicious ice cream at Posner park.

We have just come back from a fantastic week staying in this villa. If you're thinking of booking it, do it quick I couldn't recommend it enough. The villa was spotless on arrival, everything was provided it really was like home from home. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the games room. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. It's close to Disney and only about 25 minutes from Seaworld,aquatica and discovery cove. Bev was so helpful from making the booking up until we left the villa-even trying to help sort out a hire car while we were out there.nothing was any trouble for her. We have been staying at Herons Rest for our holidays for years and can honestly say that it truly is one of the best villas we have stayed in. Herons Rest is luxurious, warm and welcoming and perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly wish for. The pool and decking area is south facing with sunshine all day and overlooks a beautiful lake. If you’re patient enough you can see a Gator or two ??. The wildlife is beautiful, particularly the Cranes who graze near the lake. The villa is perfectly situated near to the I4 and theme parks, as well as a huge choice of fabulous bars and restaurants. If you fancy exploring further afield, there are beautiful State Parks to walk or cycle around or even rent a canoe. We are booked up for the next few years. I would highly recommend. We have stayed in a number of villas within the area over the last 18 years and can honestly say this is one of the best we have stayed in. Centrally located within a community close to the theme parks, this villa is clean and tidy with all the home comforts. As well as a well equipped kitchen, there is a pool table, air hockey table, games console, Wifi, books, DVDs and a large TV with Netflix. Bev, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, doing everything possibly to ensure we had a lovely stay. We arrived late and Bev was able to organise groceries which was very welcome after a long flight! We had a wonderful holiday at Herons Rest and can't wait to visit again soon!

We had a fantastic holiday in Orlando in December 2018. Bev was amazing, she was so helpful and friendly throughout the booking process and when we arrived we fell in love with the villa instantly. The villa was lovely and cozy, very well decorated and the sofas and beds were so comfy, my husband and I had our 4 month old baby with us and we had everything we needed. The pool was also stunning and a great temperature despite being December, the lake view was lovely. The location is great, with shops resturants and bars close by and none of the main Orlando attractions are more than 25 minutes away. We had such a lovely holiday that we have rebooked with Bev for 2019 and can't wait to return.

Upon entering the property we were all so pleased with the presentation and cleanliness of this property and its neighbourhood. A good family base , generous sized rooms and fair sized pool to entertain the kids .....ok and adults too! It felt very much a home from home. A very peaceful location, short journeys to all the known attractions , we will definitely return to continue our US Florida holiday fun!

Heron's rest is a beautiful peaceful villa located at Sunridge Woods which is near Champions gate. It overlooks a lake which features wading birds, the odd alligator and jumping fish and stunning sunsets. The villa is very well equipped and offers every comfort for anyone wishing to experience the attractions or to just relax and enjoy the lakeside views. The villa has a huge driveway so for a 2 car family this was ideal for us. TVs in every room meant we could all relax at the end of the day watching our favourite programmes. We have stayed at other villas over the years but have to confess Bev the owner goes out of her way to help you with your every need. Her customer service skills are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for her she is always there for you. The information we were given prior to departure was perfect and we had no problems finding the villa at all as the directions were excellent. We stayed in this villa for the 2nd time in september for two weeks. Once again it was absolutely amazing. The decor and cleanliness of the place is to such a high standard and the owners are so lovely! We never have any problems here but if we were to need something, I have no doubt that the owners would go above and beyond to help! We can not wait to come back and stay in this spacious villa again, it really is a little piece of paradise, thankyou!

My family & I would highly recommend staying at Heron's Rest. Bev was very helpful and there was plenty of information with regards the area when we arrived. A very well equipped villa with the use of a sat nav if required. The washer and dryer were a godsend and the games room located in the garage was used numerous times. We loved the pool area and it was very private and quiet with just the sounds of the local wildlife to listen to. We often saw the Heron's beside the lake and the odd squirrel too. The surrounding area itself is extremely well kept and peaceful. Championsgate is near too and we often ate there at the various restaurants, especially Millers. Also close to all the Disney Parks and the nearest Supermarket is Publix. We definitely would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Orlando.

Myself and my family have just arrived home after an amazing stay at Heron’s Rest. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and clean with a beautiful pool which looks out onto a lovely lake. It’s set on a corner plot, so you are not overlooked at all. Every night we enjoyed sitting out by the pool with a glass of wine and watching the gorgeous sunsets. It was so peaceful and the only thing you could hear when sitting out was the delightful sounds of the local wildlife. We did a lot of self catering so was pleased that the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as were the sofas. There were plenty of towels and it was very convenient having the washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage. The kids also loved the air hockey and pool table. We were pleased to see that a Sat Nat was provided as we used a few times when heading out a bit further afield. Stayed at Bevs lovely villa last 2 weeks in June. House is very clean and everything you require is available. Furnishings are clean and comfortable and plenty of towels as well. The pool is fantastic and the lanai gives so much privacy and space. We probably spent the majority of the time out here with the gorgeous lake view. Bev was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and could not find any fault whatsoever in the whole process. If i get back any time soon i would definately book here again .

We have stayed in a number of Florida properties, this villa by far is the best. Situated in a quiet, secluded, estate overlooking a lake this property offers guests a peaceful and tranquil holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean and equipped to a very high standard. With restaurants, supermarkets and parks within easy reach it’s location is suitable for families of all ages. We found Bev to be extremely helpful throughout the booking process and provided us with plenty of information about the area prior to our arrival.

Our 5th visit to Orlando but our 1st to Herons Rest. Bev was very helpful and great to deal with, before, during and after our visit. The villa is ideally placed for visiting all the attractions. It’s also in a fantastic position for lazing by the pool or fishing in the lake. The villa has everything you need well equipped with hairdryers, straighteners and plenty of bathroom & pool towels. There was also enough utensils/kitchenware, not that we did too much cooking. We would not hesitate to recommend Herons Rest to couples or families for an amazing holiday

We have been travelling to Florida for many years and have stayed in numerous Villa's over the period. Without question, this is our favourite. The villa is conveniently located with easy access to the I4, local amenities, Disney and Universal Studios theme parks, not to mention beautiful state parks. The villa is luxurious in every respect, the pool area is South facing with sun all day with a covered area. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The range of kitchen utensils for example, is excellent. Bev really has thought of everything with things like hairdryers and straighteners. We always make excellent use of the Pool and air hockey table. Its great fun to listen to some music and shoot some pool with a beverage or two. We are booked up to stay for the next few years and will continue to do so indefinitely. Thank you for yet another fabulous stay Bev. It gets harder and harder to leave every time we visit.

My girlfriend and I decided to book this villa after a recommendation from my sister who had previously stayed in Heron’s Rest. Both the villa and Bev have been fantastic! Bev was incredibly helpful prior to going and whilst out there. The villa was incredibly spacious, well equipped and spotless. It’s location is also ideal - a very short drive from all of the parks yet superbly peaceful and tranquil after a long day! Highly recommended and we can’t wait to return!

We didn't know the area before we went but were the villa is situated is so relaxing, we just sat and watched the wildlife and my husband fished. The villa is beautiful has everything you need and Bev couldn't have been more helpful, so much so that we would return in a heartbeat. There are restaurants bars and shops within a short drive also, the Disney parks aren't to far away either. If you want to do a villa this one is a must. Thank you to Bev for a wonderful stay. Saw this villa and reviews on VR360 Homes and immediately contacted the owner Bev. Excellent communication between both parties with accurate local information and directions ensuring an easy transition to the Villa. The Villa did not disappoint at all, beautiful and clean with all the amenities you could wish for (had a welcome pack on arrival). Of course the pool area and games room was the kids favourite and used quite often. The villa was set in a stunning and quiet location. We took time out to walk around the estate and see the other villas decorated for Halloween. Excellently located with short drives to all the Disney Parks. Can't thank Bev enough for allowing us to stay at this beautiful Villa and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

This is our 3rd time staying at Heron’s Rest, and again we weren’t disappointed. It was everything as we had remembered, the house is well looked after throughout. The pool is an added bonus, with an excellent seating area which has the added bonus of being undercover, which came in handy when a big storm set in and we could still sit outside. The house isn’t too far from Disney World so came in handy after a long day at the parks, water parks and shopping centres. We absolutely love this property, and everything it has to offer, we cannot wait to return again.

Herons Rest is a perfect Villa in a great location, it was a great base for us for our 3 week stay. It's located 5 minutes from the main i 4 motorway & close to all major attractions. We are a family of four and had ample room, the kids loved the pool and spent hours playing in it, the games room also comes in handy. Kitchen facilities are excellent and has everything you need. If you do get time to watch TV there are plenty of channels to watch and picture quality is very good. Air con is brilliant and works perfectly. The owner Bev was fantastic to deal with and nothing was too much trouble, even the daft questions I asked her from time to time! Bev would always reply to my email questions very quickly. I can highly recommend staying at the Villa as it has everything needed and was spotlessly clean, tidy and extremely comfortable.

This is the second time we have rented from Bev and we were not disappointed. Information prior to arrival was excellent, very clear instructions even if you haven't been to Orlando before. Champions gate is one of the best areas we have stayed in and we have been coming to Orlando and Florida for 17 years. The villa itself made you feel comfortable from the first time you walked through the door with everything there that you could wish for. The highlight has to be the pool area, spotlessly clean, very private and a lovely view over a small lake. If you have children they will be thrilled with the games room, even us oldies played pool and air hockey. A wonderful relaxing stay even though the weather wasn't kind to us we took the opportunity to chill out with a glass of wine and a cooked meal. Would certainly recommend and hope to come back.

We booked this Villa because it was by far the nicest one we could find online, when we arrived it looked even better than the pictures! It was extremely clean and comfortable, we felt right at home as it was equipped with everything we could possible need. The villa was very spacious and the area we were staying in was lovely, quiet and relaxing.. just what you want after a long, busy day at the parks! Every room was immaculate and we LOVED the theming in the living room (we're animal obsessed) ha We enjoyed sitting out by the pool on a night and watching all of the wildlife go by, we saw an alligator, tortoises and turtles, an otter, an armadillo and huge birds! Everything about our stay here was perfect, we were a 20-30 minute drive away from all the parks, and had lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Had a lovely stay in this great villa, very comfortable and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need . Beautifully decorated and the swimming pool had a lovely outlook over the lake and was very private. Bev sent us plenty of info and instructions which made it was very easy to find. Being with a teenager we enjoyed the games in the garage and the wi-fi was fab. Would recommend without hesitation and would love to return.

We're loathe to write a review as selfishly we would want to keep this property a secret. What a pleasure to book a villa that's so clean and well maintained. The setting is ideal- very quiet, peaceful and easily accessed by car and convenient for shopping , theme parks etc. The villa was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and for us, what was best about it was the privacy and tranquility. Information given prior to travelling was comprehensive and the owner's communications with us were always prompt and helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely return!
