Slow Pace Break A very nice home with fantastic views. We would just sit there and watch the wildlife. Very convenient for the I4. Publix just up the road with various restaurants. We wanted a slow pace holiday this time, but if you want the parks this is in a good location. Just head for the I4!.

Hello Janet, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say we had such an incredible holiday. You have such a lovely home — playing pool in the evenings quickly became a fun routine after long days at the parks. The location is fantastic; we visited all the Disney, Universal and SeaWorld parks, including Discovery Cove and even ventured out to Busch Gardens and the Kennedy Space Center. It’s really not too far from anywhere! Our tans will fade and our lives will return to normal, but the memories will last forever.

Hi Janet, thank you for our lovely holiday in your villa. We had a lovely break away and really enjoyed ourselves. It was great for us to be closer to Disney and even better getting back to the villa quickly after a long day at the parks. We loved waking up and having a swim in the pool while looking out onto the lake. We had everything we needed and we would love to book again when we are looking to the next time!

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks as a base and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for all the major attractions and is far enough away from the commercial mayhem of Orlando. Champions Gate facilities were really close and great. We had 5 adults stay and there was plenty of room for all of us. Villa was clean and tidy. The wildlife in the lake at the back is phenomenal, Alligators, Turtles, Ducks, Rabbits and some huge birds that we cannot name - wonderful experience, topped off by picturesque sun rises each day. Highly recommend this Villa and would happily return.

Hi Janet, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the use of your Lake Thomas villa. My husband and I had a wonderful time and were very sad to leave. The villa had everything we could have hoped for and more and we would definitely look to return at some point in the future. Unfortunately, when we planned and booked our holiday we did not anticipate that our daughter's graduation for her PHD in Quantum Physics would clash, but we were able to watch a live stream of the ceremony on your TV thanks to the brilliant Wi-fi. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was so fun! The kitchen area is small, but open to the dining room and well stocked with any dishes that you would need. We spent a lot of time in the pool. It's so great to have such easy access. It's also close to any dining or groceries that you may need. We visited Sea World and Wild Florida. Both were not far from the house. It was a great place!

"Great property and location". Had a fab time in Florida, made even better having a villa to chill out in, pool and facilitys were fantastic kids loved the pool and playing in the games room, plenty of space for our family. Thanks again Janet for allowing us to use your villa

"Fabulous Villa". This three-bedroom villa was set in a perfect location. The accommodation offered everything you need for a holiday. The pool area was second to none offering privacy and views of the abundant nature overlooking a huge lake. Watching the sunrise from the sofa in the morning is just beautiful with peace and tranquillity. there was easy access to everything. We drove down to Daytona Beach, celebration, Disney Springs, Lake Eola and more which was great, all the parks are a short drive away. The owner Janet is very helpful. this is our second visit to this villa and probably not the last. We highly recommend this villa. Thank you Janet for a wonderful stay

"Perfect Villa". Absolutely loved our stay at Lake Thomas villa. Super comfortable, clean and convenient. The lake view is stunning with amazing bird life and alligators!

"Ideal Vacation Location". Perfect location. Close to Disney parks, Champions gate and I4 and US27. A real home from home when not at the parks or shopping etc. Very easy to get into relaxed mode after a busy day. Great pool overlooking the beautiful lake. Fantastic view of sunrise and sunset over the lake but also great to watch the occasional Florida lightning storms! Choice of supermarkets / shopping nearby; publix: 5 minutes, target, 10 mins and Walmart, 15 minutes. Also, a 7/11 within walkable distance! We didn’t make use of the TV or Netflix which is available, but I can say the WiFi is excellent…. important when you’ve got 2 teenagers! No hesitation in recommending this property and would certainly use again. Thanks for the handy hints and guidelines Janet 🙂

"Home from Home": Great location! The villa has everything you need plus more. The lake out the back is beautiful. Loved drinking my coffee in the morning by the pool looking out at the lake seeing hot air balloons fly over. Lovely to come home to at the end of a busy day. The owners of Lake Thomas Villas could not have been more helpful in giving us info about the area and suggest places to visit. We hope to be back again soon. Thank you.

"Lakeside villa". We had 3 weeks at Lake Thomas Villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with Janet was excellent and lots of useful information was provided that added to our visit. Mornings and evenings by the lake were our favourites as well as watching out for the regular bird visitors.

"Stunning Location". We stayed at this villa over Christmas, The villa is in a beautiful location with the lake at the rear of the house, watching the sunrise in the morning over lake Thomas is a perfect way to start the day, the villa is furnished with stunning furniture, equipped with everything you need for your stay, tucked away from all the hustle and bustle but just a short drive away if that’s what you like, we have stayed in a few villas and this is one of the best, we would highly recommended this villa. “Return Visit”The best compliment I can give a place is by going back for another visit. So once again we choose lake Thomas villa for our holiday. And once again it was perfect. This time we had our 2 year old Ruby with us as well. The only struggle was convincing her to leave the pool to go to the theme parks! The personal touch and attention to detail from Janet is wonderful. You won’t be disappointed. We left our first review in October 2015, and can only echo those words again. Great villa in a perfect location, with tremendous views over the lake. We were visited by a multitude of wildlife also. There are even more facilities available at champions gate since our last visit. If we are lucky enough to have another family holiday in Orlando we won’t hesitate come back. See you in 2021 hopefully!!

“Wow! What a location!”Hi Janet, Just a quick note to thank you for our stay at the villa. The location was even more beautiful than the photos; I especially loved the transformation of the view of the lake just before dawn through the sunrise and the morning sunshine. The hauntingly eerie black and silver background changing to the shimmering sparkle in the sunshine over the course of the early morning was a true joy to behold. The morning visits from the sand crane family who padded about as if posing was a delight. The location was far better than I thought with such quick and easy access to I 4, 192 and highway 27 making it perfect. Friends, who we had shown photos of the interior prior to our visit, expressed doubts about comfort of the furniture but in the short time we sat inside, usually at the end of the day, we found the sofas very comfortable and the beds were extremely comfortable. Apart from the views we were attracted to the villa because it had individual character and style as opposed to the " folded swan towel "villas we were used to renting and we were not disappointed. Again thanks for the very comprehensive instructions and suggestions prior to our visit, they were very much appreciated and helpful. Unfortunately in such a short visit we just managed one of your outdoor suggestions and did stay overnight at Clearwater. In short we had a wonderful time and once again thank you.

"Wonderful stay at Lake Thomas Villa": Perfect location as we have family in Davenport. The pool was used every day. The sun kept the temp at 86* the entire time we were there. Lovely home with all the amenities .

We stayed at Lake Thomas Villa for a week whilst exploring the Orlando area. Upon arrival, quite late at night, access to the house was simple enough. We unloaded the car and settled down for a cup of coffee and a chill before bed. We found the house to be full of quality furniture, the dining room table and carved chairs especially. The bed in the master bedroom was supremely comfy for us. All bedrooms were well appointed. The pool was lovely, clean and warm. The location of the house was very private, with a large lake to the rear and just a house to one side. We were lucky enough to have a visiting pair of Sandhill Cranes with their 2 chicks. Lots of other wildlife to be seen too. Great stuff. A must do is Lake Louisa State Park, as is the Medieval Times tournament along with all the usual Orlando attractions. All in all an excellent week was had by all.

"Worked out perfectly for our trip": Nicely maintained home with a great mix of rooms, decor and small lake to view. Very convenient location to many attractions and amenities. Worked perfectly for us.

"Lake Thomas Villa": Myself wife daughter and nephew all stayed in this villa for 2 weeks and loved it. It was in a great location and only 2 minutes from shops and takeaways. The view from the villa was amazing the only downside we all had was we did not see a alligator ha. When we visit America again this will be the first villa we will try and book, thank you for letting us stay in your holiday home.

"Value for money in great location": Stayed here in July -5 of us- including 3 teenage boys- very nice villa in great location down the i4. Easy location to get to all the parks and coast, with bonus of supermarket, Chinese and take away pizza with 2 minutes drive. A big thank you to Janet for the extensive information and knowledge of the area and the ease of renting the villa from herself and staying in contact through out the process and returning the deposit. The villa was clean and well maintained with all the usual gadgets that you could wish for (wfi for the boys), especially the pool that overlooked the beautiful lake. The pool was a good size that could be enjoyed, especially we had a great time playing our own version of volley ball!! The real benefit was looking at the view over the lake morning and night- I loved my morning ritual of drinking coffee on the lake deck and watching the wildlife- seeing a baby croc most days sun bathing on the lilly pads was a joy- glad we never saw mum!!! If you are looking for villa with plenty of space, value for money then this place is it. If we look to come back to Florida again I would have no hesitation in booking this first.

'Fantastic Stay' We are two couples we had a two week stay at this lovely villa. Woke up each morning to an amazing view of a beautiful lake... the location is ideal for Disney, shopping and Restaurants. Publix is close by so no travelling for food shopping and drinks! The Villa is well equipped with clean towels and bedding.
